When you fill in a booking or enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and, optionally, your phone number and any notes or details you choose to share. We also record the IP address the form was sent from, to help limit spam and misuse.

For paid bookings, card payment is handled and stored directly by Stripe. This site never sees or stores your card details.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a session, or fulfil a paid booking you've made.

We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the opt-in box on a booking form — we never add you otherwise. You can unsubscribe at any time via the Unsubscribe page, or by emailing us.

We share data with only two services: Stripe, which processes payments, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores your details in a private database that only we can access, and sends our confirmation emails. We never sell or pass your data to anyone else.

For event bookings, we keep your details until seven days after the event, so we can deal with any questions about payments, refunds, or the event itself. After that, we automatically delete your name, email address, phone number, notes, and IP address, keeping only the number of tickets and payment status for our records. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own privacy policy.

If you've opted into marketing emails, we keep your email address on that list, along with your booking details, until you unsubscribe. Once you do, your booking details are deleted too, as long as the seven days after your event have passed.

We keep enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond and arrange your session.

Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@mariatrotterharp.co.uk.
